The profile of the company is design and production of compressor machines and installations for the coal, mining, oil and gas industry, electric power industry, railway transport and other branches of the national economy.
At the specialized section of heat exchange equipment (master Butenko Serhii Anatoliyovych), the guys collect: oil cooling units, heat exchangers for compressor units that require oil cooling.
It takes a week to assemble the middle block of the oil cooler.
What materials are needed to assemble the oil cooler:
- Wire f 6 mm. and 8 mm. for rolling bars;
- Sheet 1 mm thick. carbonaceous;
- Tape 0.25 mm. carbon;
- Tape 0.2 mm. stainless;
- Sheet material with a thickness of 4 mm. and 6 mm. for lids;
- Soldering will be done with copper foil.
What happens at the beginning of production?
First, you need components in the form of side sheets, spacer sheets, a nozzle (which is corrugated for heat exchange), transverse and longitudinal bars, copper solder.
Next, we assemble the sections, tighten them and send them for welding, fix them, remove the devices that were used when assembling the sections.
Then the sections are sent for soldering, and soldering takes place in the vacuum furnace during the shift. Welded sections are returned to the test site.
After that, they are milled and tested for leaks after soldering. Leaks are eliminated by the technological process, as prescribed in the instructions, and we test again, bring it to the ideal.
Next, sections with covers are assembled, coolers, frames are welded, motors with impellers for air cooling of this heat exchanger are installed, so that the hot oil is cooled by air from the fan.

What technological process is taking place?
To ensure the operation of the compressor unit, it is necessary to cool the gas heated during compression after each degree of compression, to cool the oil heated in the oil system of the compressor unit, it is necessary to cool the gas heated during compression after each degree of compression, to cool the oil heated in the oil system of the compressor unit, if necessary during start-up of the compressor unit.
