Laser marking of products of Concern “Nicmas”
High-efficiency laser marking of products is used in production at each site of the “Nicmas” Concern.
The laser marker “Lazerit-20-100RK” is a small-sized high-performance laser marker based on the latest generation laser emitter – a fiber ytterbium laser.
LLC “NVP Lazerit” was established in 2005 by specialists in laser technology and manufactures laser equipment for solving tasks of various complexity. Designed for high-performance laser marking of metal and non-metal products.
Here’s how a laser marker works:
- Input signal: the operator feeds an image, such as a bar code or logo, to the machine’s control system, which tells it to move through the material according to the pattern.
- Cutting: the laser creates enough heat to sublimate the material, meaning it turns directly from a solid to a gas where it comes into contact with the laser. When this happens, a deep gap is left. This slit and the rough surface in it catch light perfectly, so the incisions appear darker and legible, like text on a piece of paper.
- Processing: after the cutting process is completed, the part can be further processed, for example, shot blasting or heat treatment. Unlike some other cutting methods, laser engraving remains legible after processing because the material is removed rather than simply altered.
Thanks to the exceptional accuracy of the laser beam, marking can be done on already finished goods. Laser marking is distinguished by the clarity of lines, it is possible to apply small geometric shapes, codes, dates, identification inscriptions.
Laser marking does not wear out, does not rub off, withstands temperature changes and the harmful effects of acids. The great advantage of this method is the high speed of processing, which is important for large batches of goods.

One of the reasons laser marking is so popular is that it can be used on a wide range of materials. Quickly and qualitatively mark finished products for an excellent appearance. From simple barcodes to industrial nameplates that last for decades, the possibilities of laser marking are endless.
The achievement of the “Nicmas” Concern depends on each individual mechanism. And that is why we can proudly and confidently guarantee the quality of the products produced.
